We’ve been so busy at the studio (and to be honest… there are only so many emails a girl can write) - so I know that you haven’t heard from me in a while.
I’m sorry. I come bearing gifts.
I’ve been building this reno management pack for the last few years. If you’re an OG then you might have downloaded a super early version of this, but I’ve revamped it, and it’s now built on user feedback and a few more years of experience. I’m pretty sure it’s the biggest freebie I’ve ever sent out, so I hope we’re still good 🥹.
Here it is: the only spreadsheet that you need for your renovation.
Page 1 is a guide which you must read to get the most out of it.
But, if you’re anything like me, then you’ll probably skip that part, so here are some highlights:
This will work on Excel, but it’s cleaner on Google Sheets (I’ve even made sure it’s scaled for perfectly exported PDFs.)
Make a copy of the spreadsheet - just incase you ever need to factory reset.
Start by familiarising yourself with the ‘Hub’ and the ‘Build’ tabs. You’ll use them most to start with.
If you fill your ‘Build’ tab out correctly then it will double up as the perfect tender document to get accurate quotes from your builders.
